Implement Proposal C - Ann Arbor Medical Marijuana Initiative
- Monitor city compliance with Proposal C
- Voluntary physician recommendation verifications
- Provide recommendation forms to physicians

A Watchdog at City Hall
- Reform City elections to be non-partisan and/or more fully representative,
i.e. proportional representation, instant runoff voting or approval voting
- Improve City compliance with state law and City code including, but not
limited to, permit restrictions and fees for City services
- Stop City Administrator and Permit Director from exercising authority reserved
solely to City Council (under City code) to invalidate permits
- Stop Permit Director and Police Dept from banning activity explicitly exempted
